Using Cheng & Tsui’s Wholesale Ordering Portal

Customers should go to https://cheng-tsui.publishercart.com/

If this is the first time you are using this online portal, you should contact customer service at orders@cheng-tsui.com or 617-988-2400 to get your login credentials.

Once you’re logged in, you should be at your account dashboard. From here, in addition to placing your orders by clicking Wholesale Ordering, you can also see order history, invoices, and update payment methods, addresses, and passwords.

On the Wholesale Ordering page, use the Search Bar (1) to look for an item by ISBN or title. When searching by ISBN, do not use dashes. Edit the Quantity (2) if desired and click the Add to Cart button (3). Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, click on the Shopping Cart Icon (4) to proceed to checkout.

You may review your cart proceeding to checkout. Tax exemptions should be visible here or on the order summary on the checkout page.


On the first checkout screen, you will enter your shipping address. If it is already pre-populated, you may also make changes to the shipping address here


On the Shipping Method page, you will see your options for shipping the order, along with the cost for each. Select your preference. If you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like to ship collect using that account, choose the “Use Your Shipper Account” button, select the shipper and enter the account number in the appropriate box.

The third page is billing. Here you may review your billing address and enter your payment information. Note that if your account is on Net 30 Day terms with us, you may select Invoice and have the option to choose to enter a purchase order number and be invoiced for your order.

Then click the Complete Order button to complete your transaction.

To look up order history and tracking information

Navigate to your dashboard at https://cheng-tsui.publishercart.com/my-account/

You will see an Orders (1) link on the sidebar menu, or use the Recent Orders (2) link in the page text:


Click on either the order number or the View button to open an order


You will see all the order details, and if you scroll to the bottom, you will see the tracking number if the order has shipped already.

Please note you will only be able to track orders online that you have placed through this portal. Information on purchase orders that have been faxed or emailed in to customer service to enter will not be accessible here.
