Previously Cheng & Tsui download products such as the Teacher's Resources were granted via your account on www.cheng-tsui.com. Moving forward we have shifted these items to our FluencyLink platform, but your past purchases are still accessible via www.cheng-tsui.com. If you need to re-download your past purchases, follow these steps. If you would like to transfer your past purchases to FluencyLink, please contact us.
Go to our website, www.cheng-tsui.com/
Click Login/Register in the top right corner, then log in to your account.
After logging in, click My account in the top right corner.
Click on the Files tab.
You will see a list of your teacher’s resources or other downloadable purchases. Click on each line of blue text to download.
These are zip folders, so you will need to unzip them after downloading. Otherwise you may be unable to open individual files.
