Coupons

Cheng & Tsui will periodically send coupons via email. To use a coupon, locate the coupon code found in the email and be sure to include it in the Notes field when you check out.

To sign up for coupons, log into your account and change your email preferences to allow Sales & Promotions materials.


Payments for Retailers

We welcome bookstore orders from existing accounts in the form of a written purchase order. Please fax or email your order to us. We do not accept bookstore orders by phone.

If you wish to establish an account with us, please contact our Customer Service Department for a quote.


Payments for Individuals

Cheng & Tsui accepts checks or money orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. Please make checks and money orders payable to Cheng & Tsui Company.

For online or phone orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted. Please provide the card type, the cardholder's name, the card number, and expiration date.


Payments for Schools

Cheng & Tsui is happy to invoice schools with an existing account for their orders, provided we receive an official purchase order in writing. Schools may also pay with department credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), personal or school checks, or money orders. All payments must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars; make checks and money order payable to Cheng & Tsui Company. For credit card payments please provide the type of card, the card holder's name, credit card number, and expiration date.

To establish an account with Cheng & Tsui, please contact the Customer Service Department.


Invoices

If you are a school or reseller and you have an existing account with Cheng & Tsui, we are able to bill you for your order provided we receive an official purchase order. Default terms for existing customers are net 30 days. New accounts and individuals require prepayment.
