I created an account and now I can’t log in!

Error: Username does not exist, please try again. 


If you see this error, then FluencyLink can't find an account with the username you have typed in. Please make sure that you are typing in your email address/username correctly and there are no typos. If you are confident that you have entered your username correctly or you think you made a typo when registering your account, then send us a ticket either by emailing support@cheng-tsui.com or fill out our support ticket form. We will help locate your account and get you back your access to your materials.



Error: Incorrect password. Please try again. 


If you see this error, then FluencyLink has found your account, but the password you entered is not the password set for the account. Please make sure that you are typing in your password correctly and there are no typos. If you are confident that you have entered your password correctly or you think you made a typo when registering your account, then click on the "Forgot Password" button to reset your password. 

An email will be sent to the email address tied to your FluencyLink account with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. If you still don't see the email, then send us a ticket either by emailing support@cheng-tsui.com or fill out our support ticket form. We will help manually reset your password and get you back your access to your materials.
