Performance Reports 

Introduction

This guide will cover what you can find under the Activities > Performance Report tab via the side panel.



Interface:



  • Assign Date / Due Date

Filter assessments listed by Assign Date or Due Date. 


See Filtering by Date below for more details.

  • Class / Group

Filter assessments listed by Class or Group.

  • Content

Filter assessments by Content.


(Note: This must be defined in your test settings.)

  • All Questions / Evaluated Questions

Filter assessments by those that contain questions that have been evaluated. 



  • Sort By

Sort the table from left to right by assessment name or by date assigned.

  • First Name

Use the arrow to sort the table alphabetically by first name.

  • Last Name

Use the arrow to sort the table alphabetically by last name.

  • Activity Name

Use the arrow to sort the table by score for this assessment.

  • Export the report table to Excel according to the current filters (date, class, etc.). 

The Excel file will not be sorted according to the current first name, last name, or score.


Filtering by Date

When filtering by Assign Date or Due Date, there are some predefined options (as pictured below) as well as an option to enter a custom range.



1. Click on the box with the calendar icon and select Custom Range from the option list. Two calendars will appear.


2. If needed, use the arrows or the month and year dropdowns to move to your desired month/year.


3. Select your FROM date (left) and TO date (right) by selecting the dates on the calendar. 


4. Confirm that your desired dates are reflected in the bottom right corner.


5. Select Apply.
