Access Student Submission Data in FluencyLink

After a student has successfully completed an assignment and it has been graded, teachers can view information about the submission, such as submission time and date, under the evaluation tab.

  • First, navigate to the evaluation tab. This can be done be using the left-hand navigation panel and clicking ‘Activities’, then selecting ‘Evaluation’.

  • After clicking ‘Evaluation’, you’ll need to locate the activity you are looking for. In this case, we will be looking at the activity AIJ1 Workbook H1 — Hiragana.

  • From here, click the name of the activity or the arrow to the right of the ‘Pending Evaluation’ section on the right-hand side.

  • You will be taken to a page that displays information about the assignment such as assigned date, total questions, and what class the activity was assigned to.

  • Scroll down and click the ‘Completed Evaluation’ button.

  • This will display all students that have completed the assignment and whose assignment has been fully graded along with the date and time at which the activity was submitted.

  • Please note that if assignments have been submitted but not yet graded, they will need to be graded and the page refreshed for submission time to appear.
