School/district admins and teachers: Deactivate students to free up licenses for new students.
Go to Roster > Student and use the Deactivate button. Filter by School/District if applicable.

For full instructions, see Deactivate Student and Deactivate Teacher.
Reach out to Cheng & Tsui to reset sync
Email support@cheng-tsui.com to inform us if you have deactivated a large number of students. If your SIS is set to push deletions as well as additions, this step should not be necessary, but we have found that many users only push additions. Please note that we will reset all syncs on August 1st.
Adjust License Count
District/School Admins: Adjust license counts if needed.
Go to License > Assign and click the Assign button on the right.
For full instructions, see Assign License to School or Teacher.
Promote Students to Another Class
School/District Admins and Individual Teachers: Promote students to other classes.
Go to Roster > Class > Promote and click the Promote button.
Note: This function is NOT available for teachers set up as part of a school/district.
For full instructions, see Promote Students to Another Class.
Assign Content to Students
Teachers: Assign Content to students.
Go to Learning Content > Assign Content as shown in the image below.
